Design Projects
Featured here are just a few examples that show the range and breadth of the projects we get involved with. More often than not our ability to publicise more detail is restricted by our client's desire for privacy.
Cotswolds Gentleman's Residence
One of our current and ongoing projects for a client moving home. Our challenge was to create designs and schemes that incorporated their furniture and artworks and were in keeping with the period property.
A joyful project when there is a meeting of minds between the designer and client both of whom support the same goals.
Cotswolds Gentleman's Residence
Our brief was to retain or maximise the amount of natural light throughout the house which in turn influenced the background colour palette of the walls and woodwork and also the design of window treatments.
Along with our network of artisans we began with the renovations and decoration to the fabric of the house quickly followed by installations of lighting, window treatments and soft furnishings.
Warwickshire Thatched New Build House
A great opportunity to design a whole house from the outset. The architects vision was to place a luxury house in the countryside that blended in with it's setting. Thatched but note not over the garage as the argument was that this would never been an original structure.
Warwickshire Thatched House - Library
A reception room leading to the conservatory and into the garden. A calm and peaceful room to house the client's collection of books. A place of comfort and needing to be enjoyed through all seasons - a fire lit in the Autumn and Winter and double doors flung open in warmer months to enjoy the light, air and views of the garden (which included a feature folly that we designed).
Mediterranean Yacht
Perhaps an unusual commission for a Gloucestershire Interior Designer but our previous work with the client on their Cotswolds property lead us to the soft furnishing and interior styling of their new yacht, now safely moored and enjoyed in the Med.
Principal Cabin
Our challenge was to imagine ourselves in a different place. Bright Mediterranean sunshine, reflections from the sea, mooring in a classy marina, socialising and deck parties.
